• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently while ensuring attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete selection processes for customer orders.
• Assemble orders accurately while handling payment and coupon processing.
• Load customer orders into their vehicles with care.
• Communicate any order substitutions or exceptions professionally at pick-up.
• Exceed customer expectations by ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Store products optimally according to temperature guidelines.
• Follow directions thoroughly, especially those in the notes section of orders.
• Prioritize quality and freshness in all selected items.
• Use a portable phone to communicate with customers in a timely manner.
• Retrieve orders from various staging locations and ensure accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service that keeps customers coming back.
• Process orders through the point of sale (POS) system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions in case of out-of-stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas and equipment.
• Report any discrepancies, equipment issues, or aid needed to the e-Commerce supervisor.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in the training of new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards consistently.
