Job Description

As an Online Grocery Order Fulfillment Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their online grocery orders accurately and efficiently. You will select and gather products with a focus on freshness and quality, assemble orders, and provide an exceptional customer service experience that encourages repeat business.

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
• Assemble customers' online orders, process payments, and deliver orders directly to customers' vehicles upon arrival at the store.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions related to customers' orders during the pick-up process.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items selected and packaged, following proper bagging standards.
• Maintain clean organization of staging areas and equipment while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations and food safety procedures.
• Utilize a portable phone to communicate with customers effectively and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist in training new team members and work cooperatively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, and item locations, and ensure all equipment is in good repair.

The ideal candidate will be respectful, honest, and demonstrate integrity in all interactions, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. You will also be responsible for performing required opening and closing procedures while meeting or exceeding productivity standards.

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a production‑oriented, or warehouse environment is preferred, as well as experience in stocking shelves or as a cashier.
