Assistant Manager, Product

Summary

The Assistant Manager, Product will serve as a brand ambassador and business leader responsible for driving the performance of an assigned product category within the boutique. This role balances time on the selling floor with analytic and planning responsibilities, coaches and develops the sales team, and partners with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to optimize assortment and results.

• Coach, train, and mentor sales team through regular floor presence to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Own and drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including sales analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
• Partner with boutique leadership and Home Office buyers to align inventory and merchandising to business goals.
• Lead category initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, and implement continuous improvements.
• Represent the brand in the market by developing client relationships and participating in local events and partnerships.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail or boutique management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and passion for client experience; foreign language skills preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Proven ability to train and develop teams and uphold boutique image and operational standards.
