You'll assemble orders, process transactions, and provide excellent service as customers pick up their groceries.

• Select and gather items for customers' online orders efficiently while ensuring quality and freshness.
• Assemble orders and process payments with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Deliver and load groceries into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up.
• Communicate any substitutions or order exceptions directly to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding food safety and company guidelines.
• Utilize a portable phone to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Assist in training new team members to uphold our service standards.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Act with integrity and provide support to diverse customers, including minors and individuals with special needs.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in reading shelf tags and basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
