Manager, Fashion Expertise

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise is based in Boca Raton and supports nearby boutiques including Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and Orlando. This role transmits the House's creative vision to boutique teams, delivers in-boutique and digital learning, coaches Style Advisors on styling and client service, and partners with Boutique Leadership and the Fashion Expertise Office to drive retail performance and client experience.

• Design and deliver inspiring in-boutique and off-floor training on collections, product knowledge, and luxury service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors through individual feedback, observations, and styling workshops.
• Partner with Boutique Leadership to create and implement action plans for styling development and sales opportunities.
• Promote and track digital learning completion and assess training effectiveness through qualitative feedback and KPI monitoring.
• Support onboarding programs and guide new hire integration into CHANEL heritage, codes, and retail standards.
• Provide client feedback and qualitative insights to the Fashion Expertise Home Office and support styling appointments when needed.

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality with demonstrated styling expertise.
• Proven experience in retail training, coaching, and evaluating boutique teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present to groups and mentor individuals.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and sound judgment to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Ability to travel frequently within the market and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to lift 15 lbs and stand for extended periods.
