You will report to the store manager, managing store opening and closing, cash handling, merchandise operations, and customer service as a Manager on Duty. Your role involves coaching the team, driving performance metrics, onboarding new hires, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment while representing the brand’s core values.

• Drive process adoption and manage opening, closing, cash handling, and merchandise operations—including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment—while maintaining standards.
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive outcome and partner with the Store Manager or ASM on elevated consumer issues.
• Supervise and provide consistent coaching on selling culture and customer connection to ensure the highest level of service and sales.
• Lead the store team in the absence of other management members.
• Assess and strategize performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour, and other measurable KPIs).
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners to create community connections through events, brand awareness, and engagement initiatives.
• Create a compelling store experience by engaging customers and modeling visible service leadership.
• Be a brand ambassador who embodies and cultivates the company’s core values.

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven supervising, coaching, and training skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, adaptability to new tools and initiatives.
