Hourly Wage

Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The rate ranges from $14 to $27 per hour.

Performance incentives are awarded annually or quarterly. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders before pick‑up, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
