Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, packing merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers to ensure satisfaction.
