Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (equal to or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
