To thrive/succeed as the Store Manager, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in bridal, luxury retail or premium fashion is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and digital business tools.
• English required;
  Spanish s a plus.

Your responsibilities as the Store Manager will include:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Drive sales growth by achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
