To thrive/succeed as the Store Manager, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience in bridal, luxury retail or premium fashion is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and digital business tools.
- English required;
Spanish s a plus.
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
- Drive sales growth by achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Manage inventory, stock control, supplier coordination, and product delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and performance reporting requirements.
