Overview

Become a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA) at Best Buy in Lexington, KY. You will represent Samsung, sell mobile products and services, and build strong relationships with customers and Best Buy staff.

• Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Discover and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both new and repeat customers and act as a brand evangelist.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Best Buy associates and leadership.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with customers and Best Buy employees.
• Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quotas and maintain high customer/client satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six (6) months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high‑demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Hourly pay: $16.00.
• Competitive, weekly pay; next‑day pay on‑demand through Daily Pay.
• Paid training completed online at home.
• Apparel provided.
• Company tablet or phone provided.

Scheduled to work during high‑traffic times including required weekends, weekdays, and some holidays.
