Salary: $11.00 – $13.00 per hour

The car wash attendant is responsible for operating the facility on a daily basis while delivering excellent customer service. Positions are available for both management and non‑management roles.

• Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services; process payments to customer satisfaction.
• Perform cleaning of the facility, keeping hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, brooms, hand tools, pressure washers, and grease guns organized.
• Assist customers with any aspect of the car wash process.
• Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Direct customers to use neutral, no‑brake, no‑steering while monitoring directions.
• Smile at customers and give a thumbs‑up after the vehicle is in neutral with no brakes.
• Perform visual inspections of vehicles before sending them into the wash area.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions daily.
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans are emptied, and hoses are properly hung.
• Maintain a sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently in collaboration with teammates, the home office, and customers.
