Retail Store Cleaning Associate Part time

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross‑train to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.
• Role‑model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer.
• Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store (e.g., Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom and Restrooms).
• Adhere to all company policies concerning health and safety, including refilling essential items in lounge, restrooms, and front end.
• Cross‑train in other areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.).
• Support and respond to all front‑end coverage needs.
• Adhere and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Adhere to all operational and loss‑prevention controls in accordance with company guidelines and policies, including shrink reduction.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including associate meal and break period policies.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Retail customer experience preferred.
