Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Locate and retrieve merchandise for online orders
• Prepare and package items accurately for pickup
• Verify order details and make necessary substitutions
• Consult with customers regarding substitutions or concerns
