Online Order Filling associates fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Additional CompensationIncludes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
