The Assistant Store Manager supervises a store team focused on delivering an unforgettable shopping experience. You will support leadership development, engage customers daily, lead the team to achieve sales goals, and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately execute maurices’ Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

• At least one year of customer service experience (supervisory experience preferred)
