Compensation

Hourly wage: $19–$32 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Fill and dispense online orders.
• Locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up.
• Make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
