Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders before pick‑up, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
