• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role-model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain all floor-care cleanliness, organizational and recovery standards for the entire store (sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom and restrooms).
• Follow health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in lounge, restrooms and front end.
• Assist front-end coverage needs and adhere to merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain all operational and loss prevention controls in accordance with company guidelines and policies, including shrink reduction.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including associate meal and break-period policies.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Retail customer experience preferred.
