Salary & Compensation

Hourly rate: $15‑$28 per hour, equal to or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Premiums may be paid $0.35‑$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives are also included.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise; ensuring order accuracy prior to pick‑up; making appropriate product substitutions; and consulting with customers as needed for satisfaction.
