Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. The hourly rate ranges from $14 to $27 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
