Hourly Wage

Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be offered.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
