Online Order Filling Team Associate

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Employment Type: Part‑time.

Location: Walmart Supercenter #398, 515 E LOOP 281, Longview, TX 75605, US.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer when needed to ensure satisfaction.
