Job Overview
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed.
Compensation- Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour, equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Additional premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
