• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care; operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain floor care cleanliness standards and operation of floor care equipment.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store (Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, Restrooms).
• Comply with company policies on Health and Safety, including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
• Cross-train in other areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.) and respond to Front End coverage needs.
• Adhere to merchandising philosophy and signage standards; participate in store recovery as needed.
• Follow operational and loss prevention controls per company guidelines, including shrink reduction.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
• Follow labor laws and policies, including Associate meal and break periods.
• Participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor buffer and scrubber.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; listens and responds appropriately.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Collaborative team member who works well with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience is preferred.

This position has a starting pay range of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
