About the JobThe Store Manager will lead retail operations, drive sales performance, manage a high‑performing team, and cultivate a welcoming customer experience.
Business Ownership- Lead the retail team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals while meeting store financial plans using strong decision‑making skills and a focus on employee engagement.
- Effectively assess and strategize how to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPIs).
- Utilize company tools and resources to assess the business and implement plans to celebrate wins and address areas of opportunity.
- Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for all levels of store personnel, including store management.
- Manage employee relations issues, including coaching, conflict resolution and ensuring adherence to Beyond Yoga and LS&Co operational policies.
- Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new hires on culture, product knowledge and selling skills.
- Coach staff to increase knowledge, provide development opportunities and create succession plans for promotion.
- Achieve payroll plan by managing schedules, monitoring labor costs and adjusting to business conditions.
- Ensure sound inventory management through accurate receiving, sending and price‑change processes, preventing loss by educating associates and monitoring daily activity.
- Perform visual merchandising and adapt direction to the layout and needs of the store, ensuring product is presented in a compelling, story‑telling manner.
- Maintain appropriate product levels on the sales floor through floor replenishment planning.
- Create a compelling store experience by modeling appropriate selling and service behaviors.
- Build inclusive relationships, embrace individuality and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with the store team and Home Office partners to engage with the local community and execute brand‑engaging events.
- Act as a brand ambassador who embodies and cultivates the company’s core values.
- Enjoy juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.

CompensationSalary range: $64,700 to $107,900 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
