Compensation

Hourly wage: $16.5 - $29.5 per hour. Compensation will equal or exceed the minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick‑up, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
