Inventory Control Forklift Driver Part Time

Job Summary

Responsible for serving as support to the Asset Protection Supervisor to maintain workflow and count processes. Operate a forklift and work in tandem with inventory control team members to conduct, organize, and validate inventory counts, sort damaged and returns to vendors (RTV), reduce salvage, obtain return authorizations from vendors, and re-wrap sellable merchandise. Works cross‑functionally within departments to complete related merchandise counts and inventory control responsibilities.

• Provide support to asset protection and inventory control teams.
• Operate forklift and perform pallet jack duties.
• Conduct and validate inventory counts across departments.
• Sort damaged and RTV merchandise and reduce salvage.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and process returns.
• Re-wrap sellable merchandise following packaging guidelines.
• Execute daily club safety walks and report findings.
• Track, plan, coordinate, and execute department inventory counts per Home Office deadlines.
• Process vendor chargebacks, package, and ship merchandise returns.
• Maintain accurate stock/inventory status for all damaged, defective, and returned items.
• Assist in community donation programs and salvage orders.
• Perform regular fitness and safety recertifications to operate forklift.
• Follow club policies, procedures, and maintain a clean environment.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Completed required training and certifications.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds; may require assistance for heavier loads.

Pay range starting at $16.75 per hour. Actual salaries may vary by location, education, experience, and qualifications.
