• Represent AT&T products and services inside retail environments
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable way
• Identify customer needs and provide simple, effective solutions
• Assist with product explanations, promotions, and service options
• Support the team in executing in‑store marketing and promotional campaigns
• Maintain a positive, high‑energy presence throughout your shift
