Online Order Filling Team Supervisor

Online order filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

As an online order filler, you will shop for customers across all departments, assemble orders, and dispense them to in‑store and pickup customers. The role is fast‑paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve juggling online and in‑store customer needs.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
