Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. What you’ll doOnline order fillers and delivery associates shop for our customers and choose the right items for each order. The position is fast‑paced, requiring frequent work in all departments and occasional interaction with in‑store customers to help them.
Responsibilities include:
- Pick, pack, and package online orders accurately.
- Make appropriate product substitutions and communicate with customers to confirm items.
- Dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation during the dispensing process.
- Coordinate with in‑store associates to balance online order fulfillment and in‑store customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Additional compensation may include performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
