• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles and store cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to adapt to changes and unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

This position has a starting pay range of $16.90 to $17.40 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
