Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Base hourly rate ranges from $21 to $34 per hour.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Full‑time. Available shifts will be scheduled based on business needs.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
