Financial Calculations Representative

As a Financial Calculations Representative, you will support and maintain the F&I applications used by our customers to ensure their compliance with industry regulations and dealer expectations. You will research, design, program, and test updates to Reynolds' F&I software applications used during the car buying process by interpreting changes made by state governments, financial institutions and other third parties. This includes troubleshooting and verifying calculations in deals and maintaining accurate documentation of changes and calculation requirements.

You will also be responsible for resolving both internal and external customer issues to ensure the end product meets the customer's expectations and needs.
