Job Overview
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, package merchandise, ensure order accuracy, make product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed.
Responsibilities- Locate, prepare, and package online orders.
- Ensure accuracy of orders before pickup.
- Make appropriate product substitutions.
- Consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour (may be higher based on location minimum wage).
Additional compensation may include premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Annual or quarterly performance incentives are also available.
