Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup or delivery. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Shop for customers to locate the right items and prepare online orders.
• Fill and package orders accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Dispense orders to customers, providing service and engaging in conversation.
• Assist customers and fellow associates across departments as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked work area.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
