We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our team in Troy! In this role, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and premium customer experience by facilitating online vehicle acquisitions and pickups.

This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring smooth vehicle acquisition processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.

5 days a week; flexible scheduled needed (weekends included) Pay:
The hourly pay range for this position is $19.25–$28.85. The anticipated starting rate is $19.25–$21.00 per hour, based on factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You'll Do Deliver a premium, frictionless customer experience from first contact through vehicle acquisition Facilitate vehicle purchases through our online platform and valuation tools Coordinate and manage customer appointments and schedules Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure accurate documentation Guide customers step-by-step through the vehicle acquisition process Execute required paperwork, including supporting notary responsibilities Communicate effectively with internal teams and store leadership to ensure smooth operations Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions with professionalism and urgency What You'll Bring Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Active listener with strong interpersonal skills Critical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Solid knowledge of vehicle products and features Comfortable navigating multiple systems, tools, and technologies We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:
