Online Order Filling Team Supervisor

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Do you enjoy shopping? Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose just the right items. This position is extremely fast paced and gets you to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process.

The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season, and you may juggle shopping for online customers while helping in‑store customers. At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance‑based incentive awards and other benefits.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
