Online Order Filling Team Associate

Role Summary

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers and choose the right products. This position is extremely fast‑paced and involves spending time in all departments to fulfill online orders, dispensing them to customers, and engaging them throughout the process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. At times, you may need to juggle online customer shopping while helping in‑store customers.

Shift may start between 8:00 am – 11:00 am or between 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Part‑time only.

• Answer customer questions
• Help customers find the products they are looking for
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
• Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe

Tuition, books, and fees are paid by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
