Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers handle shopping for customers, selecting the right items from all departments. The position is fast‑paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. Order fillers may also help in‑store customers while filling online orders. They dispense orders to customers, engaging them in conversation throughout the dispensing process.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, with multiple premiums possible.
