Online Order Filling Team Associate

Online Order Filing associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, package merchandise, ensure accuracy before pickup, make suitable product substitutions, and consult with customers to achieve satisfaction.

Online orderfilers shop for customers, select appropriate items, and complete orders in all departments. They dispense orders and engage customers during pickup. The role is fast paced, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and may require juggling online order fulfillment with in‑store customer service.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
