Position: Assistant Store Manager, Beyond Yoga- Park Meadows, Denver, CO

About the Job

You will be accountable for operational excellence in execution of daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control.

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team in achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and financial plans, with a primary focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment.
  • Drive process adoption, opening and closing of the store, act as a visible service leader and support resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcome.
  • Assess and strategize how to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPIs).
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, educating on Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge, selling culture, and other employee responsibilities.
  • Execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations where needed.
  • Ensure sound product inventory management through accurate receiving and sending processes, and complete all required business directives such as price changes, retickets, RTVs, markdowns and transfers.
  • Prevent losses by educating associates on customer service and ensuring company policies are being followed.
  • Coach and develop staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets, providing opportunities for continued development and growth within the organization.
  • Manage minor employee relations issues including performance management.
  • Hold associates accountable for following Beyond Yoga and LSCo policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the store team and Home Office partners on building community connections through events, driving brand awareness and engagement.
  • Be a brand ambassador that embodies and can cultivate the company’s core values.
About You
  • Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
  • Collaborative role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Self‑starter with a growth mindset, loves learning new tools and is adaptable to new initiatives.
  • Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Capable of performing all essential job functions and lifting up to 40 pounds; required to stand, walk, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, talk and hear, occasionally reach with hands and arms, type, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Compensation

Salary range: $22.00 to $36.70 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
