As a full‑time retail store manager, you will lead a high‑performance team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 management members, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales, loyalty, and talent goals.

• Inspire and direct a customer‑obsessed team, driving and achieving goals related to sales, loyalty, and talent.
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control.
• Connect with the community to raise brand awareness.
• Drive new ideas, share information, and create solutions.

• Previous management experience (required); specialty retail store management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and foster a positive team atmosphere.
