Position: Part-Time Supervisor, Beyond Yoga- Park Meadows, Denver, CO

About the Job
  • Accountable for operational excellence in execution of daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control.
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan with a focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment.
  • Drive process adoption, opening and closing the store as a visible service leader and support resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcome.
  • Assess and strategize how to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPIs).
  • Assist in the interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, educating them on Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge, selling culture, and other employee responsibilities.
  • Execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations where needed.
  • Ensure sound product inventory management through accurate receiving and shipping processes, and complete all required business directives (price changes, retickets, RTVs, markdowns, transfers).
  • Prevent losses by educating associates on customer service and ensuring company policies are being followed.
  • Coach and develop staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets, providing opportunities for continued development and growth.
  • Manage minor employee relations issues including performance management.
  • Hold associates accountable for following Beyond Yoga and LS&Co policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners to build connections with the local community through events, driving brand awareness and engagement.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and cultivating the company’s core values.
About You

  • Self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools and adapt to new initiatives.
  • Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
  • Capable of performing all essential job functions and lifting up to 40 pounds; able to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and climb ladders as required, with reasonable accommodations available.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

The pay range for this role is $17.05 to $28.45 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
