Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.
What you’ll doOnline order fillers shop for our customers, selecting the right items and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. They work across all departments, assembling and packaging orders for pick up while maintaining a fast‑paced workflow. They dispense orders and engage customers in conversation, providing an excellent in‑store experience. The pace can be intense during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and may involve balancing online and in‑store customer service.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
