Wages and Compensation
- Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
