People Leadership:

Drives pet parent and associate experience, ensures safe and healthy pets, and collaborates on in-store events and adherence to policies.;

Staff development:
Oversees associate reviews, recognition, onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning.;
Store operations:
Manages opening/closing, inventory levels, scheduling, and coordination with home office partners.
