Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Shop for our customers to find the right products for online orders.
• Prepare, package, and dispense online orders to customers.
• Engage customers in conversation throughout the dispensing process.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe area.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Juggle shopping for online customers while helping in‑store customers during peak times.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if the applicable criteria are met.
