Role Summary

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders, locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed.

• Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
• Verify the accuracy of each order before dispensing.
• Make product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete order fulfillment tasks quickly and efficiently during all shifts.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe work area.
• Assist fellow associates and provide support throughout the store.
