Pay & Compensation

The hourly wage will equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the job location. Hourly rate: $15 - $28 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
